UPDATE: Our Soufflé is featured both in the Gold Cost Bulletin Ultimate dining bucket list: the 50 dishes you simply must try and in the wikipedia listing for Soufflé! While it is common for dessert soufflés to be made with chocolate, fruits or jams, we prefer to make ours with a combination of Orange and Grand Mariner. This sweet combination brings a level of complexity to the flavor that almost matches the complexity of the execution.
Andrew, our head chef, prefers to serve the soufflé with a sorbet, over the more traditional ice-cream, to complement the soufflés lightness and will often serve the sorbet in a brandy snap basket because they taste amazing. Come in and try our Orange and Grand Mariner Soufflé. It's one of our most popular dessert for a very good reason!
