Chantay Logan has published a review of LakeFront Bistro in the Gold Coast Bulletin insert magazine Taste with a 3/4 page write up and a total score of 40/50 which includes an amazing 18/20 for the food (Logan 2015). Chantay specifically focuses on the various soufflé dishes both on and off the menu for which our Chef, Andrew Peaston, has a special talent. Chantay goes further into the menu in her review covering many of the dishes on the menu with a positive light.
